Won’t shy away from the question dominating group chats. Predictable dominance is almost NEVER celebrated in sport. Sinner fans should know it comes with the territory. With Alcaraz injured, the competitive balance on the ATP tour is not ideal, strictly for entertainment value.

Jannik Sinner hits more leaping backhands than anyone. The low hands takeback he uses on that wing should make high contact points difficult. What you’re seeing is the workaround — leap off that right leg, raise the height of the shoulders and he’s eliminated the problem.

Musetti knows that durability has been an obstacle for him. When I asked him, a few weeks ago, what he learned from his Alcaraz matches last year, the first thing he said is that he needed to build physically. He looked to be in phenomenal condition this week until the injury 💔
