Cell phones do not belong in our classrooms. Sen. Chesteen and Rep. Hulsey’s bill will ban cell phones in schools, require local boards to adopt Internet safety policies and provide social media training. Let’s get this bill to my desk so I can sign it into law. #alpolitics
