Today, I heard from Colorado manufacturers who were crystal clear: Trump’s tariff tax increase is bad for our economy, could shutter businesses, and will destroy good-paying jobs, all while raising costs on hardworking Coloradans.

Coloradans need real relief on housing. We must work together to pass a Colorado solution that creates more housing options for rent or purchase for every Colorado budget so people can thrive.

If president elect Trump imposes 25% taxes on all imports, it will just mean higher grocery prices for all of us. 63% of our vegetables are imported from Mexico, and 46% of our fruits and nuts. The tariffs will also impact manufacturing in our state. Video: FOX31 Denver KDVR
