I’ve imported around 100k worth of products from China for construction. Yes, the savings are there. But do not underestimate the amount of work and headaches this brings as well.

I’ve had really good success with RTACabinets; if you’re a developer, it’s worth getting a quote. Also, whatever they quote you, assume you can get another 40% off that price.

SPRAY FOAM - even on my affordable homes we aim for very high efficiency. You’ll note in the picture we even spray foam our air ducts, so the buyer will have little to no air leakage. Spray foaming is an incredible insulator, this will help save the home owner tens of thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the home! Would you put spray foam in your home?

Absolutely incredible! I uploaded my plans to Astra and it created a full 3D walkthrough of the house I’m building! It even looked at my purchase orders and added the correct cabinets, appliances, fans, hardware!
