SPRAY FOAM - even on my affordable homes we aim for very high efficiency. You’ll note in the picture we even spray foam our air ducts, so the buyer will have little to no air leakage. Spray foaming is an incredible insulator, this will help save the home owner tens of thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the home! Would you put spray foam in your home?
