Purchasing meat in bulk from your local butchers is a great way to save money, support local, and get quality meat. This year, I split a cow with my family. We scored all of this pasture-raised, grass-finished beef for $4/lb - up from $3.50/lb last year. Call your butchers early in the year to lock in lower prices. You will be given a cut sheet where you can choose what cuts of meat you want. Ask them what farm your animal will be from or reach out directly to the farmer and set up purchasing through them. Either works, but the farmer will be better suited at answering your questions. Ask questions that matter to you. What was the animal’s diet like? Were they raised on pasture? Did they get antibiotics or other medicines? Can they wrap in butcher paper? You can taste the difference when you source properly.

We should stop calling raw milk, RAW milk, and should start just calling it what it really is…milk. And instead, we should call the milk at the store what it really is…PASTEURIZED milk. Then the conversations can go: “Wait, you drink PASTEURIZED milk? Don’t you know that heating it destroys necessary enzymes for vitamin and mineral absorption, so your body is confused on what to do with it?? This fog is NOT normal. I keep an in-depth daily weather journal (everyone should) and the days I witnessed the particle fog were on days it was forecasted to be sunny. I thought it was snowing or raining when I saw it with lights. When I went outside, I couldn’t see anything with the naked eye and it was NOT snowing or raining. Just this fog. People in my area that I know fell sick with severe sinus congestion, lack of appetite, not able to sleep, and coughing. I genuinely do not think this is a coincidence. You will be gaslit by the news into believing this is just a normal cold and flu. But when you finally realize illness isn’t from a germ jumping from one person to another, you will finally be able to see… That this is absolute warfare.
