As the GM of this guild, it's my duty to ensure we're on the right track and that we don't lose 7 players mid-tier. I made some mistakes, as every leader does, but here's the bottom line: 20+ players stuck around and completed a tier that would've broken apart 99% of guilds with just half our issues. That's my main motivation to keep pushing forward. The show must go on! #honolulurising
