مولانا منظور احمد مینگل صاحب نے مفتی تقی عثمانی کے بارے میں خوبصورت کہا کہ وہ ہمیشہ پاکستان کی حکومت کی تعریف کرتے رہے ہیں، مگر حقیقت یہ ہے کہ پاکستان کی حکومت سی آئی اے کی جاسوس حکومت ہے۔
