So as you guys can see. I'll be working out in my underwear at the end of my 12 hour work shift every single day. Itll also be in a love's shower, or in the back of my truck. Unfortunately, I can't do anything more than that as I'm an OTR trucker. I know the content isn't for everyone. I literally can't do anything more. I'll be locking in for the next 6+ months minimum. Going to keep on trucking, doing 1-2 hour daily workouts, and posting it all on my socials. I appreciate those who have been showing their support on it. Day 19 Workout: Legs, abdominals, and stretching. (Here is a 3 minute preview of 40 minute video.) Did workout in truck again today lol. Wifi bad here too will upload full video in the afternoon. Second workout done when fasting too 🧟♂️ Did stretches, pelvix exercises, calf raises, squats, russian twists, butterfly kicks, leg raises, plank, and much more!
