Taxpayers are funding Motability cars for people on benefits which they can't even afford themselves. In the past, being in the ECHR stopped us fixing this. Under Kemi Badenoch Conservatives would leave the ECHR and get a grip of Motability.

It takes courage to reform welfare. When 4 million people are on sickness benefits and nearly half a million are under 25, it's clear the system isn't working. I'm prepared to rip up the current system and build something better – one that supports disabled people and is fair to taxpayers.
