My father left this house for me as an inheritance about 25 years ago when I was still very young. Unfortunately, because I haven’t had the means to complete it, the uncompleted building has deteriorated badly. People have even started using it as a toilet. Now, I’ve decided to sell the property because I don’t have the financial capacity to complete or renovate it. What do you guys advise me to do? Should I sell it or try to hold on to it somehow? I’d really appreciate your honest advice.
