In any case, I don't really even consider mass migration to be colonisation because they're not actually bringing anything new, nor seeking to spread civilisation, or to establish new nations. They're just coming to leech off nations built by others, and when they've extracted all the resources they can, they will simply move on to the next place. Colonisation actually BUILT countries. Mass migration does nothing of the sort.
