There have been many questions about the effectiveness and reliability of SHA and I can assure Kenyans that after digging deep, I'm convinced it's an improvement of the NHIF. We could be having teething problems but SHA is 80% efficient. Come February 2025, we'll all agree that SHA was the best decision for Kenya's healthcare.
