BREAKING: Ukrainian drones have struck Russia's Omsk Oil Refinery, the country's largest and most valuable refinery, in the first successful strike on the facility in over 4 years of war, occurring ~2,500km from the frontline and damaging numerous oil processing towers which are now left burning. The Omsk refinery processes 420,000 barrels per day or 160 million barrels a year, accounting for ~8% of Russia's total oil refining capacity.

BREAKING: American and Iranian forces are reportedly in direct ground combat across two provinces in southwestern Iran. At least 4 killed in Dehdasht, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province, per local officials, with footage showing an apparent failed launch and background booms. Dehdasht borders Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, where Delta extracted the F-15E WSO under heavy fire tonight per journalist Jack Murphy.

NEW: Just one oil tanker has transited the Strait of Hormuz in the last 24 hours, two days into Trump's ceasefire whose entire premise was Iran reopening the strait. Sultan Al Jaber, CEO of UAE state oil company ADNOC, said today the strait "is not open" and that 180 oil tankers carrying 172 million barrels remain stranded inside the Gulf. White House economic advisor Kevin Hassett said even one oil tanker passing through would provide "a huge chunk of what's missing." The last jet fuel tanker from the Persian Gulf arrives in Rotterdam today per Corriere della Sera, after which European supply effectively stops.

BREAKING: Both crew members from the downed F-15E have been rescued from Iranian territory, according to sources familiar with the matter citing CENTCOM. The second rescue helicopter was hit by MANPADS fire during the extraction. Iran put a $60,000 bounty on the pilots, armed tribesmen searched the mountains, and shoulder-launched missiles were fired at the helicopters sent to find them. Both crew made it out.
