Robyn Dixon personally felt that Vicki Gunvalson was uncomfortable in Atlanta. Robyn says she saw Vicki being extremely standoffish and that she didn’t seem excited to be there. KJ Biermann plans to plead not guilty to all charges at his October 14th arraignment & his lawyer is trying to get his case moved from adult court to juvenile court (there’s different consequences). If KJ is convicted as an adult on the aggravated charges he faces a mandatory minimum 25 years… no parole. KJ’s lawyer is not wanting any videos/ photos of KJ or any minors public because it can be misconstrued, made into memes, and “corrupts the pool of witnesses and creates fear.” KJ’s lawyer learned information about the case via the media. The prosecutor asked for the maximum bond and for KJ to wear an ankle monitor 24/7. She requested the monitor reports be sent directly to her office. The prosecutor also requested for KJ to not have any contact with anyone, girl or boy, under the age of 18. I think it was set to 16. Clip 1: The victim's plea to the judge for KJ to not be granted bond (he was). Her voice deserves to be heard. Clip 2: The information about KJ’s past sex crimes is presented in court. (Very disturbing). KJ was also accused/charged with having sex with an underage relative and allegedly filming the act. “This would now mark the second time he has been charged with an offense of a sexual nature of a very serious kind which involves female victims,” McGillicuddy (District Attorney) said in court. **KJ Biermann faces seven felony sex crime charges following an alleged April 2023 assault of a classmate in a co-ed sauna at a fitness center in Alpharetta.** The court ordered house arrest, GPS ankle monitoring, a total ban on social media and cell phone use, and prohibited any contact with the victim or anyone 16 or under, including his siblings.
