Today i worked for 6 hours in the cathlab doing elective postponed cases, in between 2 cases the ER phoned as a patient had arrived and arrested after a prolonged “siezure” it was a very proximal LAD STEMI with RBBB, after 2 DC shocks this was a 20 min procedure
