The INC is clear that the mandate in Tamil Nadu is for a secular government, committed to protecting the Constitution in letter and spirit. 156 पैरा में लिखा है कि आधार नागरिकता का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है। 198 पैरा में लिखा है कि राशन कार्ड भी नागरिकता का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं है। यानी- बाकी दस्तावेज भी नागरिकता का प्रमाण नहीं होंगे, जिसकी लिस्ट चुनाव आयोग ने भी दी थी। जैसे: जन्म प्रमाण पत्र, माता-पिता के जन्म का प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, 10th मार्कशीट ऐसे में मैं मानता हूं- अगर आधार और राशन कार्ड नागरिकता का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं हो सकता तो ये दस्तावेज भी नहीं होंगे। मगर चुनाव आयोग ने SIR की पूरी प्रक्रिया इन्हीं दस्तावेजों के आधार पर की है। यानी- निष्कासन पहले, निर्णय बाद में... पश्चिम बंगाल में आंतरिक आदेशों द्वारा सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक सिस्टम बनाया है कि जो लोग निष्कासित हुए हैं, उन्हें एक अपील का मौका मिलना चाहिए। रोचक बात ये है कि 6 हजार अपीलों में 4 हजार अपील allow हो गई हैं। कहते हैं कि 80% अपील allow हो रही हैं कि इन्हें नहीं हटाया जा सकता था, मगर चुनाव तो ख़त्म हो गया। तो क्या ये चुनावों पर प्रश्न चिन्ह नहीं है। इस बात पर भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट को टिप्पणी करनी चाहिए थी। : AICC-Law, Human Rights and RTI Department के चेयरमैन Abhishek Singhvi जी 📍 दिल्ली

Last night, I was sleeping on a small sofa in my mother’s room at the hospital, and like any son, I was extremely worried about her health. The whole night, I was comforted by only one thing. I was comforted by a nurse from Keralam who came in every hour to check on my mother. Every single hour, she would come and check on her. She would smile, and she would hold her hand. I found myself thinking about how many sons, daughters, brothers, and sisters have been comforted in their most difficult moments by nurses from Keralam. Early in the morning, I asked her, “Do you sleep at night, or do you work the whole night?” And she said, “I work all night.” So, while the whole world sleeps, women from Keralam, not only in Keralam but also in Delhi, across the country, and around the world, are comforting people, holding their hands, and making them feel at ease. कल SSC GD की परीक्षा के लिए एक केंद्र पर 800 लोगों को बुला लिया गया, लेकिन बैठने की व्यवस्था सिर्फ 250 लोगों के लिए ही थी। कितना दुखद है कि मोदी सरकार ठीक से एक परीक्षा भी नहीं करवा पा रही है। हालात ये हैं कि जब एक 17 साल का छात्र CBSE से जुड़ी समस्याओं पर गुहार लगाता है, तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी खो चुके कुछ पत्रकार उसे देशद्रोही बताने लगते हैं। जो प्रधानमंत्री परीक्षा से पहले 'परीक्षा पे चर्चा' करते हैं, वही प्रधानमंत्री पेपर लीक होने पर एक शब्द नहीं बोलते। पहले NEET के पेपर लीक की खबरें आने लगी, उसके बाद CBSE का मामला सामने आ गया। आखिर नरेंद्र मोदी की क्या मजबूरी है कि उन्होंने एक अयोग्य व्यक्ति को शिक्षा मंत्री बना दिया है। : NSUI के प्रभारी Kanhaiya Kumar जी 📍 दिल्ली

CBSE बोर्ड की छात्रा हर्षिता का कहना है 👇 • उन्हें फिजिक्स की जो आंसर शीट दी गई, वो उनकी है ही नहीं • जो आंसर शीट हर्षिता को दी गई, उसमें उन्हें सिर्फ 12 नंबर मिले हैं • हर्षिता को दी गई आंसर शीट में हैंडराइटिंग बिल्कुल अलग है इस गड़बड़ी के चलते हर्षिता का रिजल्ट बिगड़ गया और अब वह प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं पर ध्यान नहीं दे पा रही है। साथ ही, उसका परिवार भी बहुत परेशान है। CBSE बोर्ड की आंसर शीट में गड़बड़ी का ये पहला मामला नहीं है, इससे पहले वेदांत नाम के छात्र को भी गलत आंसर शीट थमा दी गई थी। साफ है- मोदी सरकार और उनका भ्रष्ट सिस्टम छात्रों का भविष्य तबाह करने पर तुला है, जिसकी कोई माफी नहीं है। इस नाकामी के जिम्मेदार शिक्षा मंत्री धर्मेंद्र प्रधान को तुरंत इस्तीफा देना चाहिए।

ये स्मार्ट सिटी आगरा है- यहां पहली बारिश में ही 500 करोड़ रुपए से बनी सड़क धंस गई। ये सड़क 2 साल में 37 बार धंस चुकी है। अंदाजा लगाइए- BJP सरकार में कितना भयंकर करप्शन हो रहा है। सड़क, पुल, टंकियां... मतलब हर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर में घटिया माल लगाकर जनता के पैसों की बंदरबांट हो रही है, लोगों के जीवन से खिलवाड़ हो रहा है। नरेंद्र मोदी ने BJP के नेता-मंत्रियों को लूट की खुली छूट दे रखी है।
