At 40 years, couldn’t run 1 km. 5 years later, completed Garhwal Run 74 km- Dehradun to Dhanolti in 10.49 hours, against the 11 hour cut off time. It is never late to start, keep believing in yourself and show up everyday. You are the best, you are your only competition. #running

Heavy rains and excellent weather in Bangalore, felt like running 50km. Remembered Lonavala Varsha Ultra where I ran 50 km in pitch darkness from 1 am. I had forgotten my headlight.

It takes so much discipline and sincerity to reduce 8 kgs at 38 years. And then the silken touch, the ferocious pulls and the immaculate timing is the icing on the cake. Enroute to 33rd one day hundred. The best in the business! #RohitSharma

When I was struggling with my weight, (92 kg) I never thought I could run even 1 km. This is me running consecutive marathons (42.195 km ) on the Pune -Solapur highway. 84 km, this is at the 62 km mark. "First know your limitations, then push past them" #running #Motivation

10 years of running, 20 Ultras, 20 Marathons, 250+ Half Marathons, thousands of Km's. Running has been a journey of self discovery, widened my perspective about life and gave me a sense of purpose. Truly blessed, thank God. #MondayMotivaton #running #runningmedals
