Yesterday in Philadelphia, when President John Mahama met Ghanaian students, I found myself uneasy as he began addressing the withdrawal of the Lincoln degree conferment. I was uncertain about the tone he would strike. Immediately he said, “Whatever disagreements have arisen, for me, Lincoln University holds a special place in my heart.
