And one Gurugram Traffic cop on the concrete divider ~ first his hand inside the drain hole, then a stick….clearing the blockage so the water can actually leave the road. Uniform soaked. No umbrella. No official convoy behind him. No camera crew. No speech. No “we are committed” banner. Just duty. This is the part of “Millennium City” that never goes viral first. The part that happens while everyone else is stuck, recording, or blaming the drainage. Respect to the officer who did the unglamorous work. 🙏
