Water fasting till I’m healed or 40 days, whichever comes first. After being fed up with chronic inflammation, muscle stiffness, pain in my joints, psoriasis and ill mood I’m putting my body to the ultimate test… Does the body have the power to heal itself? So far my muscle stiffness is practically gone, joint pain is gone and mood is fantastic. Energy is amazing. I’m sharp as a tack. However, it’s not all peaches and cream. My psoriasis persists and I have a slight stomach ach (can be expected from the citric acid). I’m getting weekly monitoring (including electrolyte testing) and am documenting the entire journey (for a future video). Keep your fear based comments to yourself, I have plenty of anxiety and doubt and don’t need yours. Thanks for your attention and support. BTW, I’m not a doctor and this not medical advice.
