I spent 3 hours playing Gamma Emerald Early Access. A single developer is rebuilding Hoenn from scratch in Unreal Engine 5. These are the 3 things I liked most: ▪️ A day/night cycle ▪️Seeing classic pixel characters running around a 3D Hoenn ▪️ Trading, breeding & rematches The visuals pulled me in, but the extra systems made it feel like a real remake rather than a visual demo. Would you play this?

I recently came across Roco Kingdom. It is an open-world MMO set in Carosia, home to 400+ creatures called Jinies. Looks like Pokémon with a Hogwarts-style magic academy. You can: ▪️ Catch Jinies and form bonds ▪️ Attend classes and school events ▪️ Explore with friends in co-op ▪️ Play turn-based PvP It isn't out yet, but I added it to my wishlist. The first closed beta starts October 27.
