James Bond The Persuader

Shorts

You'll be watching a series, and suddenly, they'll randomly play the best song you've ever heard in your entire life.

What’s something that is totally normal in movies, but never happens in real life?

No one- and I mean no one- dances like Roger Moore. I don’t know what it is & I just can’t put my finger on it. But something about Moore dancing is so captivating. He’s just a natural. The only problem? Moore makes every actor around him look like an amateur.

I love it when they do a callback to a previous James Bond movie.

Just for the sake of completeness for all the slide whistle fans out there.

This is the worst part of From Russia With Love.

Still can't get over James Bond letting himself get shot by Safin. He didn't even look before charging across the open space.

Sean Connery making the ultimate sacrifice in the name of spycraft.

It's only fitting that when the door opens Roger Moore is facing off against 3 Bond villains.

Live and Let Die (1973)

James Bond's coldest ever kill.

GoldenEye is on ITV today at 3.30pm. It's a movie that has it's ups and downs.

Casino Royale (2006)

The World Is Not Enough (1999)

This scene deserves to be studied in film schools.

It should never be forgotten that THE PERSUADERS (1971) revolutionized TV by using contemporary pop, rock & new wave music to drive narratives, often replacing dialogue with music montages such as this. #TonyHatch

Before he found his Lotus Esprit in The Spy Who Loved Me, Roger Moore finds a far out rocket car to use in a chase. Plus he bumps into Valerie Leon.

Some of James Bond's coldest kills.

Editor Peter Hunt felt that the use of back projection in Dr No was good.

George Martin got the score to Live And Let Die just right here with a fantastic fanfare after Bond escapes over the crocodiles.

Never forget that the music used in the teaser trailer for "True Lies" was a rejected track from the score for "Never Say Never Again".

The worst bit about "No Time To Die" is where they cut out the part where James Bond rips his tie off before starting to fight Primo. Instead the tie just magically disappears.

How many points do you score on the Roger Moore 007 Mastermind round?

Licence To Kill features some cracking cinematic explosions

Like me, Roger Moore had enough of Stromberg just sitting there.

Every single time I watch the Olympic skiing in Cortina I'm hearing.....

Has there ever been a more fitting end for a James Bond villain than this one?
