The entire resort will be rented exclusively for us, so rest assured that the venue will be private for all attendees on the event day. If you check the photos of the resort, please be informed that the inflatable obstacle course is not included in the venue. This will be rented separately and set up on the day of the event. Appreciation to Everyone who made the Fan Convention Possible. There are simply not enough words to express how grateful we are to everyone who became part of the Paint The Town Red Fan Convention. Over the course of two unforgettable days, we welcomed almost 1,500 attendees, with 1,200 meals distributed through the generous sponsorship of JLCENTERFLARES. Our journey began long before the event itself. Months of planning, revisions, sleepless nights, and endless preparations all led to this moment. But the real work started at 10:00 PM on 07/24, when our volunteers gathered to begin setting everything up. From that night until 4:00 AM on 07/27, after the final egress, they continued working almost nonstop. They sacrificed their sleep, endured physical exhaustion, carried heavy equipment, stood under the scorching heat for hours, and pushed through every challenge just to make sure every fan who walked into the venue had the best experience possible. As if the heat wasn’t enough, the first day ended with heavy rains that damaged parts of our setup and equipment. For a while, we honestly thought we wouldn’t be able to continue with Day 2. When we first submitted our proposal to SM MOA, we only had one dream: to promote JL and create a space where JL Stans could come together, celebrate, and simply enjoy being part of this community. To all our volunteers, thank you for choosing to serve instead of simply enjoying the event as fans. You gave your time, energy, and hearts without expecting anything in return. Whether you helped with setup, registration, crowd management, food distribution, cleanup, or behind-the-scenes tasks, every role mattered. This event would not have been possible without you. To all the participating fanbases and communities, thank you for taking the time to prepare and distribute your thoughtful freebies. Your passion and generosity added so much joy to the experience and made the event even more memorable for everyone who attended. To the staff of SM Mall of Asia, thank you for always being accommodating, patient, and ready to assist us whenever we needed help. Your support played an important role in making this event successful. To the hardworking crew of Tent King, thank you for carrying countless heavy metal frames and equipment from the first floor all the way to the fourth floor. We truly appreciate everything you did to help build the space that so many fans enjoyed. To our YELI Mascot Talent, thank you so much for bringing happiness wherever you went. Wearing the mascot throughout the event was never an easy task, especially under the heat and through the long hours, yet you continued to wave, dance, pose for photos, and bring smiles to everyone you met. You truly gave life to YELI, and your passion and dedication never went unnoticed. Lastly, to every fan who came, lined up, waited patiently, participated in our activities, and filled the venue with so much love and positive energy, thank you for believing in our vision. Your smiles, your excitement, and the friendships created over those two days reminded us exactly why we wanted to create this event in the first place. This fan convention was never built by one person or one team. It was built by people united by one purpose, to celebrate JL and create a place where fans can connect, and create unforgettable memories together. Every volunteer, every partner, every sponsor, every participating fanbase/community, every crew member, and every attendee became part of something truly special. What started as a simple dream became a beautiful reality because of all of you. We hope that everyone who walked into our little corner left not only with freebies or photos, but with memories they will treasure for years to come and with the feeling that they truly belonged.
