I know 95% disagree with me, but its clear from this video, control of the ball was lost at initial tackle & not trailing leg contact. By time the 2nd leg hit him, the balls out of control. 100% not a penalty. 100% Foul outside box Law 12 DOGSO. Defo debateable. Ref = HOWLER !
