I loved Past Lives but it was really bold of Greta Lee to reference Amazing Spider-Man 2 here

Rest in peace to James Tolkan. Between Top Gun and Back to the Future, he is responsible for some of the greatest line deliveries of all time.

There will never be a more ridiculous example of this than when The Little Mermaid remake removed the bit with the fish playing instruments, but kept the lines where Sebastian described it

I think Rebels is really wonderful but part of me thinks it’s a bit of a shame that such a big part of Andor’s story is canonically leading to this speech and not its own. It’s a very Disney XD cartoon version of what this moment would be.

Really important not to let the quality of this year’s Doctor Who have us looking back at Flux as some sort of “good old days”. Genuinely what was all this

The payoff here is that Yaz decides to signal to Karvanista that they need help by writing a message next to the Great Wall of China (so the message can be seen from space…) Then in a scene that feels mostly constructed by ADR, Karvanista says he can’t help. And that’s that!
