Wrote this riff, filmed the performance, then built a custom visual around it — watch the notes drop onto the keys in real time, with the notation right there to follow along. Half lesson, half magic. ✨🎹 #progressiverock #pianote moises • the creative suite for musicians #pianopiano

Woke up with this 7/8 to 4/4 riff in my head and had to capture it before it disappeared. Then I got curious about where else it might want to live.

It’s always a great and fun challenge to coordinate playing the Keyboard and the guitar simultaneously! Here we revisit one of my practice sessions. I’m playing a Strandberg true temperament guitar in this clip. Strandberg Guitars #progressiverock #musicislife

We never really know where these dressing room warm up jams will take us, but this one definitely got a little unusual. Watch until the end! Mike Portnoy 🤘 #musicduo #progressiverock

This nasty and difficult exercise is by the one and only McRocklin! Can you crush this nasty Spider before it bites you? Good luck.

One piano, four hands, and a rhythmically mischievous groove! 🎹🔥 角野隼斗 - かてぃん and I kicked things off with two bars of 7/16, one bar of 4/4—and let the controlled chaos take over. Keep your eyes open for a surprise switch-up when we suddenly change positions! 😄 Steinway & Sons #steinwayandsons #progressiverock #keyboardplayer #pianist

Back into Octavarium… I have a feeling you’ll recognize this one. Bringing the notes to life in a whole new way. Does seeing the music like this make you hear it differently? 📷📷 #dreamtheaterofficial #keyboardplayer #progressiverock ##musicvisualization

Playing two instruments at once definitely requires focus. But after enough practice, something changes- you stop thinking and start trusting. That’s the feeling I’m always chasing. Have you ever experienced that? @strandbergguitars LAVA MUSIC

Really excited to finally share this with you. B_A_X_T_Y and I spent quite a while putting this one together. I came in with this piece, and then we kept refining it together until it became what you’re hearing here. We went back and forth a lot, and we gave this one a lot of care. There’s something about this one that feels really special to me. BAXTY is incredible throughout… and the lead he plays near the end is one of my favorite moments in the whole piece. Hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it. 🎹🎸 🎧 Headphones recommended. #progressiverockcommunity #progressivemetal #dreamtheater #progressivemusic #guitarandpiano

It’s not every day that you get to walk into the church where Bach performed on the Organ- but today it happened. Thanks to the #bacharchiv for having me there today!
