They know what’s coming. The boy grabs his mum when she throws the phone out to this man- because they know how he will flip his lid at her defiance. When he comes at her - all he can see is the woman and he’s coming to kill her if he can. The children are just objects in his way. All they can do is block the force with which he gets her and he still knocks her out cold. He takes his son and daughter down too. Without care or thought. No regret afterwards. He’s coming forwards again. The speed with which the boy is back on his feet tells you it’s not the first time he’s seen his father like this and he knows what he has to do. There is no shock reaction to delay the boy as would be the case if it was the first time a boy had to defend himself or his mother. He gets straight back to block his way. This is a terrible thing to observe for people who never see this sort of abuse because “behind closed doors” is suddenly exposed in full. A man like this terrorised his family in public. There is no alternative story. I hope that they the woman and children not redrawn as complicit - as some sort of low class villains who all deserve each other. There is only one villain in this piece. It’s him. That man needs locking up for a long time. Preferably in Turkey. His family need removing to safety before they feel the pressure to accept his apologies. They will undoubtedly worry about how all their lives will change if he is locked up. They might not immediately see this as a positive so they need a LOT of support. These are traumatised children and a desperately abused woman and all have a lot of recovering to do. I hope one day they are all free of him. This really hit me in the gut. Watch with care please.

I was refused service in The Castle pub after Nottingham Let Women Speak. No reason given other than “you’re with the big group”. I hadn’t done anything or said anything. I asked for 2 halves of lager and was refused service. No reason given other than “associating” with other women in the pub. I don’t know how he manages his pub working out who is associated with whom and what their politics are. It was very “Goody Jean you were seen consorting with….”

Mothin is pushed a little by Natalie Oliver of Reform about his claims and whilst before this he can’t look at her he finally loses his temper. No one seemed to want to answer the important question regarding the M&S in Colchester. Are there any spaces just for men or just for women or are they all "gender neutral"/Mixed Sex? So I rang them. The woman in the recent video said they were "breaking the law". They aren't. Marks and Spencer told me that they have 6 changing spaces LOCATED within the Men's dept. 6 spaces LOCATED within the women's department. All 12 are mixed sex and available to everyone. They are not marked as single sex spaces because they aren't single sex. Audio recording below. I did not give Yvonne the customer services representative a hard time because I was not making a complaint, I was getting clarification and info about the store's changing provision and she is not responsible for producing Marks and Spencer policy. The company policy dictating this mixed sex changing arrangement throughout the store is legal. This is the entire problem. Women have been misled to think single-sex changing spaces have now been returned to them. That would be a lie. Marks and Spencer and others can continue to provide spaces unacceptable and unsafe to women. They can do it within the remit of the Equality Act. For women to be safe there needs to be a change to the law which insists on women having single sex space to change or go to the toilet. That has not been achieved by any court ruling or guidance around the Equality Act and GC groups who mostly applauded the recently released 'Code of Practice' know this because they are stuffed full of lawyers. The man in the video may have terrible customer service skills, he may even be prejudiced against women with GC views, but the policy is legal. Grassroots activism on behalf of women might eventually force a change from providers. It is probably all that could, because the Equality Act remains rigidly against us. Yet the grassroots have previously been frowned upon and sneered at for our shouty ways while the GC Suits "handle everything professionally". The woman in the store accused a man of "breaking the law" which he wasn't. Now we have one of the Sex Matters lawyers exposing that employee's details online. What a mess.

He then comes over to us and becomes aggressive though we have maintained a distance. Suddenly he spots the tiny Star of David pin I am wearing in support of Jewish people and becomes incensed and says "that's a fascist flag!" He had told us he was Jewish. He is wearing a Keffiyeh and talking about liberation of Palestine. The old people are not alright.

The state of this. ‘Radical Pride’ march in Sheffield today. They had Pride a couple of weeks ago. Which centred “trans” like everywhere else. Not good enough for the tossers in tights. “We want a march just for US!” The chants 😂 “Stand up fight back!” Who? Who are you fighting? It’s just you lot limping about the town centre shouting. “There are many, many more!” More what? There’s only you lot there. “Who we are. And where we come from!” Your mothers fellas. You still came out of your mothers. Why are you still confused about this? And of course - to complete the omnicause bingo card - “free Palestine”. Thank god me and LightninLex were washing our hair. This is too embarassing to counter protest. 😂
