This is a big one I've been holding for a while. Last week, Rick Wilson of the Lincoln Project admitted he was a member of the intelligence community. Now do you understand what the Lincoln Project is: An attempt by the intelligence community resisters to undermine the Republican Party and destroy it from within. Wilson famously goes all the way back to working on both of John McCain's campaign and he even tied himself to the Confederacy at one point. You see that play too, now, right?

+1 Fresh off threatening DOJ lawyers to resist Trump or be chased to the ends of the earth and find themselves disbarred, Harry Litman is now warning new lawyers who are needed to fill DOJ vacancies -- vacancies he and his ilk are the ones creating using terror tactics -- that they should turn down offers to join DOJ, or their careers will be "tarred." Instead, if they help Trump, they will not be able to get high-paying legal work when they leave DOJ. Watch as he claims it's a black mark on your record, if you agree to work for Acting AG Todd Blanche. (Only working for Merrick Garland or Eric Holder can advance your career in BigLaw.) Summary: Communist legal pressure groups are trying to create their own vicious cycle to destroy DOJ and undermine the presidency. If they can't run the place as a Democrat majority operation, then the place must be destroyed. That's their evil attitude. I illustrate the negative cycle they are trying to create below. And note, they gin up these acts of destruction all while claiming that they really love the institution of DOJ. No, what they love is their own power. Nothing else matters. No one can disagree with them about permissible options under the law or they will destroy the professional reputations and livelihoods of those who would stand in their way. It is not an exaggeration to call these Bolshevik/Alinskyite tactics.

JournoLawfare™️ Threatens "Brass Knuckles" Against Trump Lawyers Watch this clip. The JournoLawfare™️ ghouls are at it again. They're threatening in just two short years to follow Trump Administration lawyers "to the ends of the earth" to make sure they must seek jobs outside of the law because they'll be disbarred like Rudy W. Giuliani and John Eastman. This behavior is disgusting. Jonathan Alter is not a lawyer but Harry Litman and Heidi Heitkamp are lawyers. They should not be allowed to threaten lawyers who disagree with them on law, policy, and politics with impunity. That is the real ethics scandal.

Let's compare Old Barr and New Barr: Old Barr said Trump was likely "toast" over the "solid," "very damning" Jack Smith documents case indictment. That's the clip on the left. New Barr (trying to curry favor with Trump and return to his good graces) says that all of the federal cases against Trump are "weak" and were "climbed out on a limb." That's the clip on the right. See how this works? This is how much of DC works. Supposed experts and turncoats give silly predictions for political reasons. And then later pretend they never predicted what they'd originally predicted. (Reminiscent of 1984's "we've always been at war with East Asia" revisionism.) Why does Fox keep putting Barr on? He speaks with forked tongue.

My tweet about Michael Feinberg threatening Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche Acting AG Todd Blanche has taken off. So here's my second clip of the day from the same MSNOW panel discussion from lawfare and former FBI agent Feinberg. In this one, he proclaims that agents refused to "perp walk" James Comey because the FBI just doesn't do that. Oh really, Feinberg? Tell that to Roger Stone Peter Navarro John Eastman and, for that matter, me, Jeff Clark. These people just lie and lie and lie. MSNOW is the network of lies. Should be MSLIENOW They've created a two-tiered system, not just of justice but of investigation and arrest. See, if you're Made Man James Comey, you're treated with kid gloves because you're a once-for-life member of the intelligence community. Fusion Ken Dilanian ridiculously claims here that weaponization “a lie” “which never happened.” But it’s Dilanian who’s the liar. Tell Carter Page that a faked FISA warrant put together by Kevin Clinesmith was a lie that never happened. Tell this to the J6ers sent to federal prison based on a completely erroneous interpretation of 18 USC 1512(c)(2). And on and on. Of course, weaponization happened. Watch here as Rick Wilson (the fake Republican running the Lincoln Project -- what a total farce!) does the following in just one short clip: 1) He threatens Donald J. Trump's family if Trump succeeds in working with the Senate to end the filibuster. (Only chumps who think Rick Wilson is a "conservative" believe that Democrats will not quickly terminate the filibuster if they retake the Senate.) 2) Says the filibuster is a necessary check on the power of both sides. I'm going to keep this clip handy for if/when the filibuster is killed by Democrats in the Senate in 2027+ to play back when Rick Wilson predictably acts to defend their maneuver. 3) He drops an "f" bomb to say various Senators hate Trump with the power of a million suns. Such a pleasant fellow. More seriously, these threats by the Left need to end. Why do we never see the MSM scream from the high heavens about threats from the Left directed at the Right?

Charlie Kirk was senselessly cut down in the prime of his life, leaving behind a young wife and children. The rhetoric that Trump 47 or conservative activists supporting the Admin have anything in common with Nazis has to stop. Here’s Ty Cobb, President Trump’s disgraceful former lawyer who knows no duty of loyalty to his former client on Tim Miller’s JournoLawfare™️ podcast … calling for Attorney General Pamela Bondi Secretary of War Pete Hegseth Secretary Kristi Noem “and others” to be run through “Nuremberg” trials. Pause on how despicable that is. Then, like a trained seal, Tim Miller laps that up and agrees, saying he’d also “enjoy Nuremberg.” I can’t say these people have lost all perspective because they know exactly what they’re doing and they’re the ones who should be shunned in polite company.

Watch just two clips of Miles Taylor (Mr. Anonymous from Trump 45 — fawned over by the New York Times), being interviewed by JournoLawfare™️ attention-hound Glenn Kirschner. Recall Miles took a presidential appointment in the Trump 45 DHS. It’s clear he only did it to undermine the President, just as he admits his boss, Trump DHS Secretary John Kelly and later Chief of Staff did as well. In the first clip, Taylor admits that John Kelly told him he needed to come to DHS in Trump’s first term because “it’s worse” at DHS under Trump than you think it is. Both Taylor and Kelly had clear subversionary intent. And in the second clip, Taylor admits he and Kelly thought of themselves as “goalies” trying to block Trump from scoring for the American people. Taylor is A) a coward for leaking and penning anonymous attack pieces on Trump. B) He has zero understanding of what it means to be trusted with a political appointment. He was not a career official. He served at the pleasure of the President. The President possesses constitutional removal power precisely to be able to jettison infiltrators like Miles. He was not appointed to play on the figurative hockey team opposite to the President as a goalie — or, more accurately, as a mere substitute goalie for John Kelly. This means Taylor had no honor. C) Finally, even if we assume Taylor started out loyal to the President who appointed him (which is not the case), an honorable man would not have stayed on to try to subvert the President anonymously from within. He would have quickly and quietly left. Miles says that he acted anonymously because that’s what the authors of the Federalist Papers did. I’ve got news for you, Miles, you’re no author of the Federalist Papers. And if all of this weren’t bad enough, he admits he only got sober in 2022. (That’s to be commended.) But what’s not to be commended is taking a significant Administration posting while not sober.
