Savannah native Nolan Smith was honored at the State Capitol this morning for his athletic achievements at Calvary Day, University of Georgia, and now with the Super Bowl-champion Philadelphia Eagles. Smith has always strived to give back, and earns a resolution in his honor.

We all knew Elijah Griffin (Elijah Griffin) was going to be a difference-maker in the All-America Game game. In an interview after this sack, Griffin said he wanted to compete against the best of the best in his last high school game, also adding how much fun the experience has been. The #Georgia commit said he's moving up to Athens on Saturday.

STORY: No one has played more games at Georgia Southern than LB Reid Dedman (Reid Dedman). In a transfer portal world, it's rare for a player to spend six seasons in one place. Dedman joined the program in 2019, and has never questioned that Statesboro was the place he wanted to play college football. The Carrolton, Georgia native has played in at least 12 games in five consecutive seasons. Tomorrow's New Orleans Bowl will be Dedman's 67th and final game with the Eagles.

For Brandon Reller and Erik Atchison, a strong bond developed years before playing for the @BismarckBobcats. Reller and Atchison played for the Spokane Chiefs together by chance, and are now in Bismarck together by choice. This is their fun story of friendship. 🏒🤝
