Welp 🤷‍♀️😭🙏 I always said KARMA was more creative than I could ever be 😵😵 WHOA THIS is my old plaza. That hole, right beside my smoke shop. The plaza on Madeira Beach where I literally built my life & lost it because of landlord & city negligence 😡😤 I had TWO working businesses before starting to complain that I was becoming sick because of air quality that was coming from an issue of standing water on the roof in mid 2021 The landlord “didn’t want to hear about my disease” after I had the air quality testing done to prove what was going on. I then took it to the city where I recorded conversations that were ignored when I alerted them to the issue. I lived outside in a tent in a van or my car for a year and a half to attempt to heal my organs.before I had a car wreck & ended up on a sofa where I’m at now still suffering from the damage I sustained there. This damage did not happen to that building overnight and it wasn’t because of the renovations alone. It was because of structural damage due to standing water on the building that caused the mold problem throughout. It’s my opinion that the building needs to be torn down but nobody does this kind of testing and I’ve been begging you Pulte just start requiring this of landlords and when people purchase buildings because this happened because of unseen poisons and molds that are not normally tested for in a rental or a sale anywhere here in the United States Time to do something about this shit Additionally I’m looking for an attorney because I believe my statute of limitations starts today I almost died because of what happened here and it certainly took decades off of my life It’s not OK Ron DeSantis
