I called this out in my latest video when we were at all time highs: -First 2 weeks of October are bearish and any big headline event could collapse the market. -This is accelerated by the fact that everyone is trying to time the 4 year cycle and feeling fearful. -October should flip bullish in the 2nd two weeks of October after the shock factor from the step up in issuance is over and we approach the next cut.
