I am not sure if I should laugh or cry. This 1 bedroom in Queens Park, Sydney is $650 per week. It's near Centennial Park & a 1 hour walk to Bondi Beach. I could not swing a cat in here. I don't even own a cat. Rental inflation is depressing for tenants. Joyous for landlords.
