We’ve been in a weather delay for over an hour and people are starting to leave France vs Iraq here in Philadelphia. That’s a lot of money spent to only see 45 minutes of the World Cup and to have wet clothes on the ride home. I’ll be here until the final whistle tonight🇮🇶🇫🇷

One of my favorite facts about the First Bank of the United States is that the Bald Eagle on the facade, which is actually made of mahogany and painted to look like stone, is said to be the first use of an Eagle as American symbolism on a building in the United States

Philadelphia Union’s Ale Bedoya did not shy away from sharing his thoughts on Yankee Stadium’s playing surface via his Instagram stories after the win last night “This is horrible, absolutely the worst field ever…I can not wait for the new stadium because yeah Yankee Stadium is cool for baseball, but for soccer? Never.” Glad the boys left the Bronx with 3 points and no serious injuries after seeing the state of that pitch #DOOP

The situation outside Philadelphia Stadium is getting a bit more intense as everyone tries to convince the person responsible for the tickets that they should be let in with the group. Local PD is trying to get ahold of the situation but the crowd seems to keep growing. There’s clearly more people here than tickets, everyone just wants to see their team in the World Cup
