As for NC’s stand on liquor ban and J&K being made a ‘Dry State’ — here we go. Since Tourism and Arab Countries, ergo ‘Yes’ to Alcohol in Kashmir. Congratulations to the “stakeholders” lobbying for free-flowing alcohol and and the patron-party of everything rotten in Kashmir.
