Most of the biceps tear happen in preacher curls only. Thats why I love to do my preachers on incline bench instead of the preacher machine for simple reason it has a fixed angle. I tend to change angle in preacher to more than 45 degrees to help my biceps in the lower range. Doing this simple change can reduce torque in lower ranges which keeps you safe from that tear fear.

Strength training doesn't burn fat it stimulates muscle growth and preservation. When it comes to getting shredded to the bone, dedicated cardio is the king. You cannot think of shreddedness if you cannot do cardio. Even though body hates moving at low calories, you still need to get up and complete the task.

Ever since Bhaag Milkha Bhaag came out, I wanted to jump rope and build a physique like Farhan Akhtar's. This is my shot at it. Not sure if I did it justice, but I definitely gave it my best. Rate the attempt: nailed it or back to the rope?
