His campaign did not confirm or deny whether the account belonged to the congressman or address the reviews. The Arizona Legislature is conducting its own investigation into Gov. Katie Hobbs' alleged pay-to-play scheme. State Sen. Jake Hoffman said they have issued a number of subpoenas for those involved to collect witness testimony, which will be heard at a hearing later this month. He also called on Attorney General Kris Mayes to release documents from her investigation, in which she declined to press charges. Mayes is already in the process of releasing her investigation following a legal review. 📹: Heidi Hommel

Andy Biggs is "not taking tough questions from reporters," Gov. Katie Hobbs says while defending her decision not to debate him. She critiques his record — as does her Democratic lieutenant governor pick, former Republican mayor John Giles. "That is not a good format for accomplishing the dissemination of useful information," Giles said. "It's about soundbites. It's about avoiding questions." That's why the Democratic ticket is out speaking to reporters, he adds. "I think it is important to hold candidates' feet to the fire and to get questions answered. And we are going to do that every day for the next 90 days."
