According to new reports, Harris’ team has requested vetting info from several potential VP picks, but Andy Beshear’s name was not on that list. LEX News caught up with the governor as he was leaving the Capitol around 11 this morning. Here’s what we learned:

Dr. Capilouto, President of UK, testified about DEI today. UK recently broke up its DEI office. This happened after lawmakers debated whether to limit DEI practices at public universities. I asked whether the school’s changes were made due to pressure from lawmakers. No answer.
