When I was around 16 my dad’s business was on the brink of bankruptcy. We hit the lowest of the lows to the point where my dad had to run the machines himself because we couldn’t afford workers and I helped him right there with him moving stones. We fought through it for about 6 years. Today, we’ve successfully completed our 7th major project since then. I personally managed three of those projects, managing close to 100 workers across different sites, before moving to the UK for my masters. While some might see me today as someone born with a silver spoon, my real flex is that I earned my place the hard way standing with my dad in his darkest times.
