Both my Breeder’s Cup horses have been scratched by Regulatory Vets. My team put both these horses on the plane without a single soundness concern. Neither horse has had any history of unsoundness. While obviously disappointed, We have been on an amazing journey the last two years and will continue to work hard for our clients and our horses. Here’s video of both colts the day before their scheduled races.

Watch this! Mystik Dan ran huge off the layoff yesterday Oaklawn Hot Springs he’s a super special colt and we are thrilled he’s back on form. Proud of my team and especially happy for the ownership. Dan ships back to our Churchill Downs stable tomorrow and we will put together a next target race. Love this colt!! Always a Kentucky Derby winner 🏆
