You can see Naes celebrating after the dart went into Sharp’s back. The two didn’t know each other but Sharp had broken up a domestic violence incident between Naes and his partner a week earlier. Naes was subsequently convicted and sentenced to 70 months in prison.

Bert Atienza, 77, died after he was beaten by a black couple inside a Walmart while shopping with his wife. Erika Mitchell, 42, and Travis White, 44, have been charged with second-degree murder.
