I decided to take a look at the DR bug and... 1: Yeah, it wasn't there before 2: If you Parry pretty much anything, your DR only comes out with reversal timing (first frame after "blockstun", but not frame-perfect). Otherwise you're locked out of DR for a while

Extras: PP and Parrying DI are not affected by the bug. Projectiles are VARIABLE: JP's have a bit more tolerance in the earliest frames after recovery (Ryu, for example, doesn't), but after that, you can expect to be locked out of DR for 15+Frames, same as always.
