JUDGE BEV, IF YOU ARE "TIRED" THEN RETIRE!!! You agreed with Jackson that it was right to put the "not guilty" box option there before and that you'd think about it b/c you were "tired". Then after GETTING SOME REST, you decided not to put the box there and conveniently forgot to inform defense of that decision...PRIOR to handing out those verdict forms. I hope your reputation as a judge goes to hell with the rest of the corruption in MA and LE. This was one of the 1st docs #KarenRead did. It wasn't until re-trial after defense brought it up that Jen finally admits to calling nicole at 5am. But she claims she never spoke to her. I always wondered why #JenniferMcCabe would lie about not calling nicole in trial 1 (until she got to Fairview). It would made sense to call her! But now it looks even more suspicious when you find out she did and Jen still says no convo occurred but clearly they did speak according to what she told KR. So you lie about call. Then admit to it. Suspicious. But even more suspicious- why would you need to call nicole for her to tell you John never came in if you were the one that watched the SUV outside all night? Oh and just like proctors statement, KR says JEN TOLD HER TO COME THERE and she would help look for John. Yet Jennifer has maintained KR just showed up out of no where like a "wack job" screaming in her driveway. Wonder why Hank left this clip out.

Don't get it twisted. When I think of #FKR and TB— I don't think of the drama and temporary hurt feelings. I think of this day and what it meant to each of us. It defined everything this movement stood for. We're just as strong today as we were back then. Remember that.

Riddle me this Hank- if Karen truly said she left John at the waterfall, why was Jen's first call to her sister Nicole? You can make the argument that she called Nicole because she saw Karen and John outside there after waterfall but again what would be the point in calling your sister? Unless it was because you knew he came inside and was still there when you left...... or because you wanted to warn Nicole that Karen was awake and looking for John. She wouldn't know any more than you would. Especially because Jen was at her house the entire night. There is so much hearsay evidence about what Karen supposedly told people and Hank keeps portraying them as facts. John came there in the first place because jennifer helped him get there! Karen heard that conversation on the way there!! Otherwise she would've called someone that she actually had the number for that was at the waterfall bar. Someone way closer to John than Jen lol. Not to mention, Kerry testified Karen told her she left John AT A PARTY. #KarenReadRetrial #ClosingArguments
