The changes to Altars in the Novus Ordo are just as heartbreaking as the Liturgical changes: Basically everything beautiful in this video is now gone: -Instead of the "Consecration" of an Altar, the New Rite "Dedicates" the Altar -Instead of lighting incense directly on the Altar, incense is put in a pot on top of the Altar -After the lighting of incense on the Altar, the Bishop no longer sings the Veni Sancte Spiritus (Come Holy Ghost) -Schola no longer sings Antiphons referencing the "Altar of the Temple" -Bishop no longer makes specific sacrificial prayers after the lighting of incense, which call the Altar a "burnt-offering" and ask that the "offerings made" on the Altar be acceptable to God -Instead, in the New Rite, after lighting incense on the Altar, the Bishop censes the congregation and asks that the "Light of Christ" be "reflected by those who share at this Table" The list could go on and on...

On September 21, 2026, an 800° fire broke out in the Sacristy of the SSPX's Sainte-Marie School in France, completely destroying the attic chapel and nearly everything inside. Miraculously, however, three things were unharmed: (1) the Blessed Sacrament, (2) a wax statute of the Infant Jesus of Prague and its wooden reliquary, (3) a portrait of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, despite the glass holding the portrait shattering due to the immense heat, and the papers surrounding it being burnt. One suspects that when the SSPX one-day enters "canonical regularity," the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints may have much to review! An Instagram influencer and photographer was taking photos on the streets of Paris when he ran into Abbé Michel Frament, FSSPX. Fr. Frament, Priest at the famous Saint-Nicolas-du-Chardonnet in the 5th Arrondissement, wasted no time asking if the photographer was baptized, catechizing him on Marian apparitions, and giving him a Miraculous Medal. Just another example of our great SSPX Priests testifying to the faith wherever they are called!

Many claim that the Novus Ordo's Eucharistic Prayer 1 is identical to the immemorial Roman Canon. I decided to put videos of EP1 and the Roman Canon side by side, with overlapping audio, to show this is not the case. If you are paying attention, you will notice several key differences: - Sound: the TLM is almost entirely silent, in accordance with Canon 9 of Session XXII of Trent - "If anyone says that the rite of the Roman Church, according to which a part of the canon and the words of consecration are pronounced in a low tone, is to be condemned... let him be anathema." - Genuflections: at least 12 genuflections by the Priest during the Canon, typically 2 in the Novus Ordo - Signs of the Cross: 25+ in the Canon, almost non-existent in the Novus Ordo - Priest Rubrics: TLM posture requiring hands joined in a certain way, or resting on the altar, or fingers that touch the Host placed together The video on the Right is taken from an instructional DVD teaching Novus Ordo Priests to say EP1.
