Virgil Van Djik vs Liverpool I remember watching this game and couldn’t believe how good he was man. Sturridge (when fit) at the time was one of the most lethal finishers out there and VVD made him look ordinary. Been the best for 11 years and still is.

This is what I think we should based on the personnel that we got.. 3-4-3 in first phase build up. Grav drops deeper and u got the fb’s flying. You naturally get Ekitike and Salah closer to goal because of it. Passing avenues in all phases.

Wirtz is getting there physically. His technical quality was never in doubt, and you can see him adapting to the league with every game. His link-up with Ekitike has been outstanding. LFC have 2 of the most technical attackers in the game.
