P1 says Clive Miyanda (Former Mapatizya MP, UPND), now independent has served for 10 years and that it is time to give someone else a chance. But if that is the standard, then the same question should be asked about Jack Mwiimbu, who has been in Parliament since 2002, about 24 to 25 years. Why should one person be told to step aside after 10 years while another continues after more than two decades?🤔
