BREAKING: ChudtheBuilder does not make bond in Montgomery County. Here are the highlights: - Alex Rosen (Alex Rosen) offered to put up $100,000 for the bond. He was on the witness stand and showed bank statements showing how much money he had in his savings and that he doesn’t have an actual business account, just a personal account from his social media ventures. - DA presented details of what transpired outside the courtroom that day of the shooting. It lines up with what I was informed about in those details of that day in previous posts. Sounded like the stream will eventually be in their possession. - Discussions arise about Duel as a credible source of money as they are trying to wire $1,000,000 to insure LA Bonding in the event Dalton was released and doesn’t show up in court. Judge ruled it as insufficient as gamblings funds are not legal in Tennessee, especially from a foreign entity. - Judge keeps bond as $1,000,000 and bonding companies can only bond up to an amount of $100,000 per company, which means Dalton would need 10 bonding companies to bond. - Even if Alex Rosen forks over $500,000, Dalton would still need 5 bonding companies ($500,000) to bond. - Dalton’s F-250 had the internal system (they called it a black box) extracted and downloaded for evidence. They will install it back in and after an itemized list is submitted of what Dalton had in the truck and what hasn’t already been seized for evidence, he can get those items back. F-250 can be returned back once the county investigators are done. - Seems there were some issues in the Nashville hearing per Dalton’s attorney. I will try to find more information on that. I tried to tell Dalton aka ChudtheBuilder and I tried to warn everyone. I call him out for exactly what he does that led to him shooting a man today in our interaction last week. Baiting people into reactions while he’s carrying a gun. You can see me actually looking down a few times at the imprint of the gun to ensure he never reaches for it. This was never about freedom of speech. You can’t play victim when you go after people with hateful, racist rhetoric and then threaten to mace or shoot people. The sad part about this is I spoke with a lieutenant with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office this morning as he called me back. I asked about his arrest in Nashville violating the terms of his bond agreement for his current court case in Clarksville/Mont. county. He said they don’t issue the warrants. I then explain that he does these things while being armed and the lieutenant kind of shrugged it off like it wasn’t a big deal and that Dalton was a frequent through their department. That conversation ended with me thinking “they don’t understand the liability and danger this guy is to the public”. A few hours later, after I made this post ( warning Dalton about the consequences of his actions, he ends up shooting someone. I tried. This is the EXACT thing I was trying to avoid and why I made so many calls around Montgomery County and Nashville/Davidson County this past weekend.

Breaking: Watch as Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder reacts when he hears the initial bond set at $1.25 million! This is just the arraignment hearing. The bond hearing might end up with him being held without bond, as the DA stated he will be pushing for that. Also, a mention of Attempted Aggravated Homicide as a charge. FYI: cellphones had to be turned off in the courtroom.

New video surfaces of Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder threatening to kill black men before the shooting in Clarksville. Not sure if this is the night he skipped out on the check at the restaurant downtown but he clearly has the mindset that he’s going to shoot and kill a black man: “As soon as I see you, bro, I’m shooting your brains out”. “Let me see a n***er with a weapon; I’m not sparing another one. I did that last time”. “It’s only inevitable…then the race war will begin” “Imagine the headline: ChudtheBuilder kills a black man. I almost feel like it’s going to happen. I don’t want it to happen, but they do not know how to behave. And I refuse to give up my country to allow them to misbehave”. This is intent. This can be argued as premeditation. *Video lightened/enhanced to show Dalton’s face as the original is very dark*

The DA in the bond hearing against Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder details what occurred that led up to Eatherly shooting Joshua Fox. Highlights: - Dalton walked up to Fox. After a verbal altercation, Dalton walks away, looking back and still talking while Fox was looking at him. Fox gets up and starts motioning Dalton to “get away”. Dalton turns around and switches selfie stick to other hand, reaches in pocket. Fox turned around and then walked back towards Dalton. Dalton struggling to get the gun out of his pocket. Fox hits Dalton as he’s pulling the gun out and fires 7 shots. - DA also brings up specific posts from Dalton Eatherly’s posts on X, arguing potential “motive and intent”: “Series finale is dead chimp on the pavement and you monkeys rioting when I walk free. Just a couple days after Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder shot Joshua Fox in Clarksville, this incident occurred in Lebanon, TN. How is this relevant? In the video below, two men are arguing in a road rage altercation. Eventually, the man in the yellow pushes a woman in the face and then tried to strike the man in the grey shirt in the face. He then retreats to his vehicle to grab his weapon. The man in the grey shirt approaches him and swings at him as the man in the yellow grabs for a gun. Then a struggle occurs where the man in the grey tries and eventually disarms the man in the yellow, where at some point shots were fired. The man in the yellow was arrested and charged and the man in the grey wasn’t. Now, how is this similar to ChudtheBuilder’s scenario? It’s been reported by multiple sources that saw the video played in the courtroom that Dalton approached Fox, a verbal altercation occurred, Dalton walked away while still turned around saying something towards Fox (per the DA). Fox approached, waving him to walk away. Dalton got into a bladed stance, facing Fox. While grabbing for his gun in his jacket pocket, Fox punched Dalton and a struggle ensues, where Fox is shot multiple times but still subdues Dalton. In both situations, both Fox and the man in the grey were faced with a man trying to pull a firearm on them with the intent to shoot them after a verbal altercation. Like the man in the video below, it is very reasonable that Fox also hit Dalton and tried to disarm him to save his own life, hence why Dalton was charged and Fox wasn’t. This is a precedent that I feel is evidence that Dalton will be found guilty if it goes to trial. His intent was there, especially given previous social media posts, and initially confronted Fox. When both men were facing each other, Dalton tried to draw his weapon first before a physical altercation, which means he was not faced by an imminent threat to his life, especially considering Fox was unarmed. Fox had every right to try to disarm Dalton as he felt his life was in imminent danger. This video below is evidence of that. News clip: NewsChannel 5

Ooof. Tough words here about Anna Paulina Luna from former Director of All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office Dr. Sean Kirkpatrick…and I have to agree. She couldn’t even explain the simple characteristics of a MQ-9 Reaper (“Google it”) and claimed the Hellfire missile in the Yemen UAP “split in half”, which it clearly didn’t. As a USAF veteran, these are pretty simple terms and knowledge she should be familiar with, especially analyzing UFO videos. Yet, she can’t. So, I feel SK’s comments here are fair.

Megyn Kelly (Megyn Kelly) and the Hodge Twins (Hodgetwins) break down “ChudtheBuilder” aka Dalton Eatherly and his racist rhetoric to diminish black Americans into confrontation for views while streaming. In my interaction with him, like many others, you can see the hate he has for black Americans with his actions and emotions when confronted and the specific rhetoric he uses out of hate is key example of why he was a major threat to society. Like she and everyone else said: “it was only a matter of time” and I literally tried to raise awareness he was doing this while armed. Nobody wanted to listen despite how many phone calls I made and he shot someone. Thank you, Megyn!

New video of what is a supposed UAP being struck by a Hellfire missile: Analysis What isn’t discussed at the hearing nor anyone who doesn’t have exposure to footage like this is the fact that the Hellfire missile doesn’t appear to detonate. This is important as it shows the missile only clipping the object, which most likely is a drone. If the missile doesn’t detonate and only clips one of the rotors of a drone (if that’s what this is), then it would explain why the drone could potentially recover and carry on…to a distance longer than the video shows but we don’t know how far that actually was. It could have eventually crashed in the water. Also, important to note that the authorization to use that munition signifies that the user was given a green light at targeting a potential threat. This isn’t done lightly. This means that it was identified enough to a degree to be a potential threat (like an adversarial drone) and was intentionally targeted. That wouldn’t happen if it was a truly unidentified objects or actual alien space ship. They would observe until it was deemed to be hostile in nature. This could also be a potential C-UAS test strike on the efficiencies of targeting in-flight drones with conventional munitions and how accurate they are. But more information needs to be presented to determine that. In conclusion, this appears to be nothing more than a failed strike of what was claimed to be a Hellfire missile on a traveling drone. The munition did not detonate, clipping the object but only to a degree that it still had flight capability after.

What people fail to realize is that in the only video we have available of the shooting incident between Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder and Joshua Fox, you can clearly see that three law enforcement officers were in the immediate vicinity of the fight. They had responded in mere seconds. That’s a minimum of three sets of eyes on the shooting, which is still unclear from this video when it actually occurred. Regardless, you have three LEOs and surveillance video taken into account before issuing a warrant for Dalton’s arrest. If I’m a betting man, I would put money on all of the eye witness testimony was considered and surveillance video was reviewed meticulously before placing blame. Furthermore, the bail was set so high because Dalton shot into buildings around the area where people were walking around at. Add that to the multiple other open bonds he currently had and the amount of felonies he’s being charged with and that’s how it’s set that high. But the Bond hearing in 5 days will determine the final bond amount or if he’s even granted one.

In this clip from the film The Age of Disclosure, both Christopher Mellon and Lue Elizondo are discussing the technology that UFOs supposedly have that can help replace typical fossil fuels. And they use three videos to show proof of those UFOs… Unfortunately, those videos depict a known aircraft (A-10 Warthog), a balloon, and what has already been explained as Chinese lanterns. On top of these videos, they show clips of the debunked GoFast and FLIR videos (Mick West explains FLIR perfectly with Brian Dunning) amongst others. Why include videos that are not UFOs in the film when talking about exotic, nonhuman technologies?

Did Ross Coulthart and NewsNation Conflate UFO Whistleblower Jake Barber’s Background? In this clip below from the interview that Ross Coulthart did with jakebarber on NewsNation, Coulthart claims that Jake was “recruited” into Combat Control while in the USAF. While there is a possibility he may have enlisted under the AFSC of a Combat Controller, it is actually most likely that he volunteered for the program WHILE at basic training. When I went through USAF basic training in 2003, I, along with other men in my flight, were asked if we wanted to tryout for the Combat Controller course. They don’t recruit you, they just ask if you’re interested in trying out but warn of a very high “washout” rate in the training. To washout means you failed a portion of the course and have to be recycled into another AFSC (job) and can no longer continue the process of being a Combat Controller. Multiple people, including Ross, Lue Elizondo, and Marik vR have all claimed that Jake is a “Tier One Operator”, referring to Jake as a Combat Controller. But is that true? Below (in the comments) you will see the DD-214 that NewsNation purposely edited to cutout the “Military Education” portion of the document. But if you look in section 11, you see the code C2A551J, which is the code for “Aerospace Maintenance” aka a “Flying Crew Chief”. Here’s an example of what that code stands for ( The DD-214 also states that Jake was a Flying Crew Chief for “5 years and 10 months” of his 6 year commitment, showing that he was not a CCT at any point in his service or it would be listed (like Jason Sands DD-214 when he cross-trained over into the 1N6 position in the USAF). Ross states that Jake was in aerospace maintenance in the late 90’s. So that checks out with his DD-214, as he was enlisted from 1994-2000. In other documents that NewsNation deceptively edits and rushes through in the segment, it shows Jake as a A1C getting orders to various schools associated with Combat Controller training, but the rank and dates shows it happened early in his career (1995-1996), which shows after basic training. With no certificate of graduation, no military education being shown on the 214, no pictures of Barber with the beret on during service, no pictures of the pin he would have received upon graduation, it seems likely that Barber washed out and finished out his enlistment as a flying crew chief stationed at Pope AFB. Here is a list of all the courses CCTs have to pass before receiving the beret and CCT title ( CCT training takes around two years to complete. If that’s the case, then everyone including Coulthart, NewsNation, Lue, Marik, etc were wrong touting this man as an actual operator. Also, two other things to address: 1) his clearance was a Secret clearance with a NATO designation, which is not a TS clearance. 2) At the end, Ross claims Jake worked in Intel. Is there anything to back that claim? He didn’t have the right clearance. When did he work in Intel and where? So many claims but documents don’t match up. I ask Jake that if he would like to put this claims to bed, please show any documentation, especially of you completing Combat Controller course and receiving your beret and pin. Your DD-214 is telling a very different story.

Maybe Tim Pool Tim PoolNews Joe Rogan Joe Roganhq will see these breakdowns, along with Ashton Forbes () nasty behavior of doxxing and harassing, and withdraw any interest from engaging with Ashton moving forward.
