Formal Faze Clan Member Plaqueboymax responds to Faze Banks' x post by simply laughing at it. 5 months ago Faze Banks stepped down as CEO. Faze Banks sold 25% of his ownership causing new executive management majority control. Then the New executive management team was demanding 20% from Faze Clan members earnings. Several issues were stated on why Plaqueboymax left, here is some of them: 1. Shortly after joining Faze Clan, Plaqueboymax was forced to fire his manager, whom he initially had and enjoyed. 2. The Faze clan members didn't have creative control or say in what direction they wanted their careers to go. 3. Executive management kicked out Lacy because Lacy missed the X1 video shoot. Lacy was let back into the faze clan. 4. When Plaqueboymax stated he wanted to leave, Faze executives attempted to pressure/manipulate him into staying by saying, " This will be the worst decision of your life." To me this looks like executive management were fostering a hostile work environment and not making any changes.

Lilly changes the camera to an angle where shes filming people on the other side of the table, to putting it back to the original camera angle, to then putting an emoji sticker on a few faces at the table. Lilly calls them Karens after putting an emoji sticker on them, and states the will eventually go to the manager and complain (they never did) Lilly has made no changes in her content despite stating that she would. Lilly then leaves after playing the victim card, and stating that the whole table is mean to her. When she leaves, she goes to film the entire table.
