👀 Filmed by me outside on our balcony. This is why LED light is dangerous to our mitochondria. First, let’s understand what we are seeing. Here it is -19°C = -2.2°F . Very different from the coast. The countryside is colder, darker, and holds ice in the air. What we’re seeing is artificial light from street lamps reflecting off ice crystals suspended in very cold air. At around -19°C (from my outdoor thermometer), the air can hold flat, plate-shaped ice crystals that float and slowly fall, almost like microscopic mirrors. 🤔 So why does the light go straight up? Because these ice crystals orient themselves horizontally as they fall. When light from a streetlamp hits them, it reflects vertically, creating straight columns that look like beams shooting into the sky. Our brains expect light to scatter. They are not designed to see perfectly straight columns of light at night. Cold air + ice crystals + modern LED streetlights (highly directional, extremely bright) creates an effect most of us never experienced historically. Older sodium lamps produced soft, diffuse glows. Modern LEDs produce sharp, aggressive pillars, especially in extreme cold. This combination produces light pillars regularly in winter. And this means something worse: Blue light is now being scattered above us and reflected back down, contaminating the night sky from every direction. That is why I call Norway a blue hell zone in winter. Cold should heal mitochondria. Darkness should protect them. LEDs destroy both.

Two days ago, I replied to a comment on my post and he said I did a sloppy job measuring EMF in El Salvador. That pushed me down a deep rabbit hole to better understand the inverse square law of EMF radiation. Here’s the other side of the inverse square law that very few people talk about; including myself until now. 📡 Most people are taught one simple idea: Closer to the antenna equals more radiation. Farther away equals less radiation. That idea comes from the inverse square law. It says energy spreads out as distance increases, so intensity drops fast as you move away. 😬Hooo boy, this one is huge. I hope this post won’t be buried, like ancient treasure. Let’s set aside the 💉, bad food, chemicals…. for a moment. If I’ve understood Dr. Jack Kruse correctly, turbo cancer and turbo disease are born because we’re being electrified from the inside out (electrically de-cohered) Think of it like this: Imagine an old house next to a brand-new nuclear power plant. If someone take a cable and connect that house directly to that nuclear power plant, what happens? Kaboom 🔥 It burns down. But if the power first goes through a series of step-down transformers that weaken and regulate the current, that house receives just enough energy to run safely. That’s what a healthy body does; it regulates energy flow through its mitochondrial circuits. Our mitochondria are the nuclear power plants; our cells are the houses. Melanin acts like the transformer that ensures the energy flows in a safe, usable amount. 🦠When that internal power leaks, the local area burns; and where it burns, disease forms. For some people, the leak is in their spinal cord, for others in the brain, organs, skin, or eyes. You get the point. When the energy stays contained and properly distributed, that’s health. Now, let’s look at cancer. What is cancer? Cancer cells are nothing more than ancient life forms that existed before oxygen filled our atmosphere. 💔 Both of them had heart attacks Here is what happened. I’m at my mother-in-law’s 🏠 in Tromsø, northern Norway. Her husband is a retired general physician (not my husband’s father). ✅ Both are Norwegian, born and raised here. ✅ Fully coupled biology. ✅ Light eyes. ✅ Very light skin. ✅ Arctic natives from generations... They eat more fatty fish than anyone I’ve ever met. That alone deserves an A+ 👍🏻 When the sun disappears for 3 months, they instinctively use sauna and cold exposure, A++ 👍🏻👍🏻 Without knowing the science, they use CT hormesis when the sun is gone. That’s ancestral intelligence. Nice👏🏻 They live on an island, surround by a tine neighborhood, far from the city chaos. 👍🏻 Every weekend they go to their cabin with no WiFi, gas stove, and fire for everything. Simple life. Quiet. Dark. Cold. They are both in their early 70s now and, until recently, were exceptionally healthy. But 10 years ago, two things changed. They introduced an electric stove and WiFi into their daily environment. Three years later, she developed heart problems in the winter, doctor suggested surgery. Now she takes multiple medications. 2 months ago(November, article winter again), her husband (the doctor) developed severe heart issues, needed surgery, and now has a pacemaker. Both are now on cholesterol-lowering 💊 because they were told cholesterol was the cause. BUT look at those numbers before the meds. Her cholesterol numbers were: Total cholesterol 6.4 HDL 2.3 Triglycerides 1.6 That’s high HDL(👍🏻nice), Good LDL, triglycerides not ideal but not catastrophic. Good, considering her age. After meds, her total cholesterol is now 3.7 👀 that is dangerously low for an elderly woman. His numbers is even crazier..before medication: Total cholesterol 5.8 HDL 2.5 Triglycerides 0.78 LDL excellent And yet 🤔with those numbers, he still had a severe heart attack and now with a pacemaker? After meds, his total cholesterol is 3.2 😬 🙋🏻‍♀️so, I ask a simple question: How does someone with those lipid numbers have a heart attack? I tried to explain that as we age, we need more good cholesterol, not less. That cholesterol is a repair molecule, a hormone precursor, and a vitamin D partner. I shared my own labs mmol/L that i took 2 weeks ago: Vitamin D 168 (I don’t remember if 168 or 188) Total cholesterol 5.4 HDL 2.2 Non-HDL 3.2 Triglycerides 0.86 LDL 3.1 S-CRP 0.9 (mg/L) S-Glucose 4.3 B-HbA1c 30 (mmol/mol) And the rest amazing for a kidney transplant using have drugs The retired physician and my kidney doctors told me my vitamin D was toxic level 🤭and my cholesterol was dangerously high for kidney transplanted patient. They said I need to start with statins. Of course! 🤭 Here’s what I see🧐 The timing is not random. She cooked daily for years on the electric stove and lived in the WiFi field and their home as bright as the sun it self. She had the first heart attack. After that, he cooked for 2 and a half years, because she needs help. But by changing the environment and gave them a huge list. They laughed so hard they started crying. In high latitude, we must embrace winter and accept a different set of physical rules. Thing you have to do: 1️⃣ Lock in time⏰ Wake when the environment wakes, even if that is darkness. Still go outside because infrared and magnetic cues exist even when the sun disk does not. The suprachiasmatic nucleus (the brain clock) does not run on Instagram sunlight. I lost my kidneys, almost lost my lungs, spinal cord, intestines, and few other organs… The only reason I’m here writing this is because I signed a waiver refusing more “treatment.” I told the doctors I’d rather die at home..and that’s when life began to return. If you’re desperate like I was, you must walk the talk.(today is 14° but with the wind feels 9/10) No supplement, no pill, only what’s truly necessary (like my transplant medication, without which I wouldn’t survive). Doesn’t matter if it’s raining, snowing, or cloudy; infrared light still passes through and starts your circadian clock through the eyes. No sunglasses, no screens. Let natural UV + IR set your biological rhythm. 😬 but If you start before sunrise, buy a near-infrared lamp and turn it on while getting ready. It’s the next-best option. 2️⃣ 🔵Blue-Blocking Glasses = A Must Wear amber lenses under office LEDs. After 4 p.m., switch to red lenses if still under artificial light. 3️⃣🥋Natural Clothing for Protection Choose natural fabrics like wool, cotton, or linen. They don’t hold static charge like synthetics and let your body breathe. Indoors, pick dark colors (black, navy, charcoal) to block excessive artificial light. Remember: Hair, hand, and neck. EMF-blocking fabrics are even better if you can afford them. 4️⃣🆘Add Infrared Support Keep a near-infrared therapy light on your desk or near your computer.
