I joined Hon. Oboth Oboth Marksons Jacob at his residence in Kyungu, Mukono, together with friends, leaders, and well-wishers to celebrate his remarkable election victory in just the concluded elections and continued service to his people. On behalf of the people of Kitgum and Agago District , I would like to thank the CDF Muhoozi Kainerugaba for rescuing the people from the overwhelming elephants invasion. You can imagine the damages 100 elephants would have caused. Thank you Office of The UPDF Chief of Defence Forces. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏.

I am pleased to officially announce that I have today been duly nominated to contest in the upcoming party primaries for the position of Woman Member of Parliament for Kitgum District. With unwavering dedication and a heart for the people of Kitgum, I step forward in this critical phase of our democratic process with humility, courage, and a renewed commitment to serve. My nomination marks not only a significant milestone in my leadership journey, but also a powerful symbol of the trust and hope that the people of Kitgum continue to place in visionary, servant-driven leadership. I’m no stranger to the challenges and aspirations of our district. With a record of advocating for women’s empowerment, youth development, improved health services, education access, and inclusive economic growth, my leadership has already brought tangible results and inspired many—particularly women and young girls—to rise, speak, and lead. Together with Hon Rugumayo Edson, MP, Hon Rwemulikya Ibanda, RDC Madam Monica Karungi.K. Hon. Kasolo William the LC5 Chairman, the CAO and other District leaders of Ntoroko district, we visted and mapped out disaster prone areas in Ntoroko district. Our first visit was in Kayanja One in Bwelamule Sub-county where, the banks of River Semliki normally burst and destroys people’s homes and property. The second visit, was at the school and the camp in Kanara Sub county. We agreed to find land and relocate the fishing community as well as do more construction of dike as mitigation measures to protect the cattle keeping community from the effects of Floods.
