Today, we are excited to announce that Lisk will integrate with the Ethereum ecosystem as a Layer 2 (L2) in collaboration with Optimism & Gelato! 🏗️ Focused on solving local problems in Emerging Markets by bringing solutions around real-world assets (RWA), off-chain assets (OCA), and decentralized physical infrastructure networks (DePIN) onchain. Watch a short video from our Founder, MAX KORDEK, here. 🤝 Lisk will collaborate with Optimism, Base, and others as the first L1 to contribute to the shared vision of the Optimism Superchain. Lisk’s internal team of seasoned blockchain developers and researchers will contribute to the underlying development of the Superchain. Joining the #Superchain and committing to the Law of Chains open neutrality framework continues Lisk's original vision of contributing to an interconnected Web3 future that builds the seamless developer and end user features necessary for the industry to reach mass adoption. 2024 was one for the books for us! 🚀 Not only did we join the Optimism Superchain by migrating to an L2, drop our first NFT minted by 13k unique wallets, roll out our highly anticipated Airdrop campaign with 121k registered participants, and launch our user mainnet, we emerged as one of the fastest growing rollups on Gelato with over 6 million transactions over the last month. Our global impact expanded significantly as we empowered Web3 entrepreneurs through the Africa Roadshow and created strategic partnerships with the likes of CV Labs and AngelHack, AyaHQ (Techstars '23), KEYDifference, Web3bridge™ Africa, BorderlessDev👨🏼💻|, 1000 Startup Digital, Pelita Bangsa Academy, and more. Not to mention securing ecosystem partnerships with industry leaders such as Circle, ionic 🟡, Velodrome, Across, @fonbnk1, Payd Money, Secret Network, LayerZero, Oku Trade 🐼, Hyperlane ⏩, DMAIL.AI Rarible and so many more.
